Multiphase Catalyzed Fenton Reactor

Multiphase Catalyzed Fenton Reactor – Efficient Industrial Wastewater Treatment Solution

The Multiphase Catalyzed Fenton Reactor uses specially designed fixed catalysts in a custom reactor. It integrates homogeneous and heterogeneous chemical oxidation, boiling layer crystallization, and ferrite reduction. Compared to conventional Fenton methods, this reactor requires lower reagent dosages, produces less sludge, and enhances treatment efficiency.

Advantages:

  • Most Fe³⁺ produced by the Fenton process crystallizes and adheres to the carrier surface in the boiling layer, then cycles back to Fe²⁺, significantly reducing chemical sludge.

  • Hydrogen peroxide usage decreases by over 20%, Fe²⁺ addition by over 50%, and sludge production by over 40%.

  • Improves COD removal efficiency by 10% and reduces operating costs by 30–50%.

Applications:

  • Industrial wastewater treatment from dyeing and printing, chemicals, petrochemicals, leather, paper, and pharmaceuticals.

  • Treatment of hard-to-degrade biochemical wastewater with high COD content.
